This series of products appears fine touch-feelings and good texture.The coating is UV resistance and provides good protective layer to metal materials.The powder products meet the EU Environmental standards.

 

Application

This type of product specially designed for surface coating of all metal materials such as computer chassics,DVD shell,indoor furniture,fitness equipment,lighting,etc.

 

The series that we can offer:

Gloss	1.various of gloss and color: high gloss(above 80°), flat gloss(50-79°), semi gloss(10-49°) and no gloss(below 10°). 2.gloss and texture of which can be customized as clients require.
Curing condition	Standard curing(200 degrees celsius×10min) and lower temperature curing(180 degree celsius×15min) are available.
Color	1.compared to the PANTONE and RAL color card 2.colors can be customized as clients require
Standard	Special standards of product are available according to clients' requirement, e.g.:RoHS standard,EN-71 test report,ect.
Property	excellent physical performance in hardness,flexibility and adhesion,good mechanical properties,outstanding heat resistance,fine corrosion,weather and chemical resistance.
Storage	1.The product can be stably stored for at least half year when kept in closed containers in a dry place at temperature below 25°C. 2.Keep it away from fire,heat and direct sunlight. 3.Avoid rains and exposure to sunshine during shipment.
